Hi Im Emily! I have been in the beauty industry for 18 years. I enjoy all aspects of the industry, and have been to many educational training classes for cutting, coloring, salon leadership, makeup application, and highlighting techniques. I was an educator for a well known hair color company for 3 years. I think that’s why coloring hair is my favorite service! I enjoy natural manicuring, gel manicuring, and pedicuring services as well.  I specialize in helping guests who are special needs and those with sensory issues, also. At Roots, we have a private, quiet area, if needed for our special needs guests! 

I have been employed by Roots a Hair Salon for 2 years, and I can honestly say, it feels like home!

When I am not working at Roots, I love reading and going on adventures with my kids!
